Several of you have replied that you were unable to view the link to our website, so we are resending the message.  You can access the site via the link below in the original message and at www.nist.gov/baldrige.    Please let us know if you have any further issues.  Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Dear Friends of Baldrige,

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Website. The site is part of a larger NIST redesign.  We designed it based on user feedback and from benchmarking other leading organizations.  It offers the following new features:

A new homepage and site structure that lets you navigate based on your sector or on your organization’s place on the Baldrige journey.  Whether your organization is New to Baldrige, Self Assessing With the Criteria, or Applying for the Award, from business, education, health care, or the nonprofit sectors, there are pages designed with you in mind.

New content and interactive features.  Right on the homepage, you’ll find our new blog, BLOGRIGE.  You’ll also see a more in-depth monthly e-column, Insights on the Road to Performance Excellence, featuring some of my thoughts on achieving performance excellence.   On most of our pages is a “Share This” option so that you can share the information across more than a hundred social media channels like Digg, Facebook, and Twitter.  Look for the link to the Baldrige YouTube Playlist on our homepage also.  We now have numerous videos available for you to view, embed, share, and comment on.    There are also plenty of opportunities throughout the site for you to sign-up to receive email alerts from us.

Easy Access to Resources.  A link to the Alliance of state and local Baldrige-based programs can be found under the Resources on the right hand side of the homepage and also under our Community tab in the banner. The Community tab includes sections on Examiners, the Baldrige Foundation, and other key program stakeholders.  Our news will be featured in the center column. We’ve also incorporated a new Popular Links box in the upper right corner.

At the same time, we have maintained the primary features and core content of our former site, including the Examiner Resource Center and the extensive body of knowledge on Baldrige Award Recipients.  Both are accessible from the navigation bar and under Popular Links.

So, take a look at the new site and let us know your feedback using the new Give Us Feedback feature on the navigation bar at the top of the page.  Or feel free to send an email to zara.brunner@nist.gov or jamie.ambrosi@nist.gov from our Outreach and Communications team.

Our goal is to make the site a valuable and easy to use resource for you – your top source for learning about everything related to Performance Excellence.

Sincerely,

Harry Hertz

Baldrige Program Director
